This handy cutie studies Mechanics at the SBU, meanwhile she works as the Maintenance manager in the Apartment Building where Las Traviesas (and other girls) live. Of course, she’s not in that job just for being the Building Administrator daughter…. Since she’s highly experienced in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, construction, gas and fueling, A/C, gardening, and other hard-labor skills. Linda, as kindly called by her friends, cares for all maintenance and security matters for the building, as well as for all its residents; wining confident, sympathy and friendship of each one due to her easy-going style, open mind and bias-free behavior. She lives in a little apartment in the top roof, where she has her workshop. By the way, she's the only girl in the series with 5-finger hands... maybe this is why she's pretty handy... not just for “maintenance duties”....
