It was deafening, drowning out all thought as metal and motors replaced flesh and blood. Soon though the tic toc faded into the background allowing it to come to its senses, it had a purpose to fulfill: Protect the Master's Keep!
An old piece I came up with set in a custom fantasy universe. I may pick it up again in the future if there is interest in it.
