So tired of trying to think up titles xD.
This is a piano thing written for at least 4 hands. Really originally it was meant to be fully orchestrated, but I gave up on it a minute and a half in. Then I picked it up again, and decided at least to finish it as a piano piece.
The interesting thing about this one is that it goes between three different keys, but never changes key signature. This is accomplished by going into different modes. The first is (mostly) phrygian mode, then it goes down a fifth to minor, and eventually goes down another to dorian, finishing up back in phrygian. If you don't know what all that means, don't worry about it. It's only for the music nerds :3

I can print of some sheet music, sure. For the etude as well. Though I'll warn you that it's not the cleanest sheet music in the world 'cause I made it for the synthesizer so I didn't really bother to make it look nice. If you can deal with that, just give me your email in a note and I'll see if I can send them.
Oh, and I've had pretty much no formal training. Just high school band :3

Everyone wants the sheet music xD. Yeah I can send it to you. I don't know if I have your email, so if you wouldn't mind slipping a note my way, I'll send it to you. It's of course not very clean, and there may be a couple instances of stuff like the lines crossing into each other, but you're welcome to give it a shot. Let me know what you come up with :3

I can see where your Final Fantasy influences come in. Almost sounded like the fight music for FF VI at the beginning. And I should try this "modes" thing. I never really looked much into it when I was studying theory. But I've been trying to hone my theory skills lately and well I've also realized how much I've forgotten. Heh. I like it all told.
