Tera "Hertz" Sweiss, another of Riley's aunts. While smart, she also had unfortunate health condition rendering her weak against various things, like diseases, radiation, damage... after the war, she was secreted away into Enclave bunker to continue her work in fields of science, although she ended up wearing modified radiation suit most of her life due to the conditions outside.

One of her projects, Project Purity, started during her lifetime, would be concluded in the coming generations...
