This is ming in his transformed state though this is his second state, his first transformed state looks similar minus the white marks that appear on his body. Despite it looking like its something out of dragonball, this form was actaully inspired by the super forms from G Gundam series and Avatar the last airbender. Where Saiyans achieve their transformation through angre, hatred, sadness, and desire to get strong, ming achieved his through tranquility and entering an serene state of mine which unlocked this transformation
