This shaded-color picture was commissioned by Xerhom showing his glowing kaiju brightosaur Hekar after being
willingly integrated and converted by Matrix №Δ aka DeltaCatalyzer (on Twitter). This was the first time I had to draw
that particular Delta Unit that envelops and modifies the physical characteristics of its host.
The shiny effects required a lot of work to faithfully represent this very particular texture made of nanomachines.
The shiny parts highlight certain details of the unit (to preserve the original aspect of the host) and give both a
neon / futuristic and elegant aspect to the whole form. I really had lot of fun to work on this commission and
I deeply hope that you'll enjoy it too! :)
