A man falls for the pride's line (ahuhuh) and wants to be one of them. Little does he know of his fate through those twenty-one days.

Day 1 -
Today I met up with William.
William is part of the pride.
He says I could be part of it.
He promised that he'd be my guide.
Day 2 -
Bill and I chatted about it.
The yesses and noes that it takes.
I like to know everything up front.
I'm not one for making mistakes.
Day 3 -
Bill took me out to see Kesha.
Kesha is top of the chain.
Her eyes glow like liquid amber.
He told me I'd see her again.
Day 4 -
Today nobody called me.
I sat in at home all alone.
I don't even have any number.
There's nobody that I can phone.
Day 5 -
Yesterday was terribly lonely.
Today is just more of the same.
I sat by the living room window.
My breath misting all of the pane.
Day 6 -
Now I got called to a meeting.
With Kesha and Bill and two more.
I promised to honour and obey.
On three hundred bibles I swore.
Day 7 -
Bill called to me with a package.
He said it was my special pills.
Two every morning and evening.
Three, if I didn't feel well.
Day 8 -
Took the first pills in the morning
With coffee and toast -- I felt fine.
Ambled to work at 12:30
Got fired for not being on time.
Day 9 -
I stood in the kitchen and counted
The hours between every dose.
Started to feel a bit queazy.
The walls even felt a bit close.
Day 10 -
Kesha called on her own here.
We had kinky sex in the hall.
She said that I managed to please her.
I happily gave it my all.
Day 11 -
Woke up in sweats from night terrors.
Believed I was chasing a deer.
My claws swiped across its hind quarters
And I dined on raw deer derriere.
Day 12 -
Covered in pelt by this morning.
Tawny and rich is my skin.
Stockpiled some food from the grocer.
I think I'll be forced to stay in.
Day 13 -
The nails on my feet and my fingers
Are starting to turn into claws.
I'd swear that the centre of my hands
Are gaining the look of big paws.
Day 14 -
Took three of the pills come this morning.
Was feeling real bad overnight.
My eyes can no longer see colours
And I don't need to turn on the light.
Day 15 -
Bill called to see how I'm doing
And told me I'm doing real swell.
Only a week more remaining!
Keep taking the tablets, as well.
Day 16 -
Finding it harder to think now.
Brain isn't functioning good.
Dreaming of life in the grasslands
Sharping claws on fresh wood.
Day 17 -
Easier to walk on four legs
Than totter about on back two.
Don't need to put on pyjamas.
Rich tawny fur will just do.
Day 18 -
Kesha and Bill called this evening.
She smiled in a way I found odd.
They shoved me into a big steel cage
And laughed as they checked out my bod.
Day 19 -
That bitch explained all of it too me
But I cannot answer -- just wail!
Now I'm just a big angry lion,
She going to put me for sale.
Day 20 - A number of bidders are gathered.
I'd kill them if I was set free.
The greasiest ugliest bastard
Has just won his prize ... and it's me ...

When dragged to the buyers abode
the door was suddenly burst
a pool of blood from the buyer
with a white wolf immersed
setting you free from your cage
the wolf cuddles and hugs
don't worry, all with be fine
no need to take anymore drugs
His tongue is licking your fur
rolling outside in the sun
your troubles are over now
lets have some fun

I can smell a little hint of horror. Otherwise, seems like your regular transformation story, this time gone bad. No reason to be too rosy about it anyway, I think the story works better this way. Also, the poem form makes the whole thing rather enjoyable. It's a skill on its own, the ability to make things rhyme and tell a story at the same time.
Great work. Keep it up.
