Heehee, it's based on a picture of what the Earth might look like in 150 million years' time, but are we really in the far future? Or is it just a planet that happens to look a bit like that? Who knows? ^.^

You never cease to find cool ideas for celebrating the time of friends, family, fun, and magic. If I recall my years of seeing this delightful tradition, I do believe you have not repeated a concept for the Advent Calendar in all 15 years it has been a part of our little community.

What is insightful, to me, about your Annual Holiday Special is how it shows that one need not worry about 'playing favorites' when it comes to art and writing. I only now put this delightful message together based on knowing how long you've been teaching us 'Littles' why you wear the smarty pants and how we all can be 'Big Kids' even if we may still prefer nappies to be happy.

There is, for me, a kind of 'creative paralysis' that occurs when it 'feels' like I'm leaving someone out. However, as I feel it is with your Advent calendar, you are not leaving anyone out on purpose. You are using your smarts to help introduce new friends to old friends while knowing true friends don't get fussy over whether-or-not they were included in a particular activity.
