The torso/chest on this character as well as his arms came out perfect, and you did a fine job here! I also like what you have done with the head as you have made progress in this drawing. About the only areas to which you might want to pay a bit more attention are the eyes and possibly adding a neck to this character to balance things out. However, besides those two things this drawing is done extremely well.
