Success! Rouge has been successfully puffed up to an enormous size. Just look at how massive her cheeks are! Good thing her outfit is so elastic. Thanks to her gigantic size, she has broken right through the roof. She's finally free...! Well, kind of. She's much too large to move on her own. Good thing Shadow is here to steer her in the right direction!

That's fair. I imagine it could be fun to see her paraded around or maybe turned into a war blimp. (Perhaps with messages written on her flanks.) Maybe she's even force fed so that her new status becomes permanent, lol. So she's deflated just to become fat again via food
Though with how big she is already, I can see how it would be difficult to 'top' this piece. I don't know about you, but once they reach a certain size the effect wears off on me because I stop seeing them as "fat" and see them more as one great big ball.
