Mömbris was busy escaping the market guards after picking some pocket or two, and decided to mime the bards' companion, who had just started singing on the marketplace, and attracting a crowd. it seems her fluteplaying was good enough, and fitted his songs, so this went on for a good while. later they talked at a tavern... and something. ;)

These two are so cute together! You could make a regular comic out of these guys; I find them entertaining.
My Mom was cared for by an aunt who had some Pennsylvania Dutch roots -- and of course that term refers to Deutsch, not Nederlands. Anyway, she used to refer to certain people as "Scheiße mit zwei Augen," in particular the principal of our elementary school.

I think there is a Stuttgart somewhere in pennsylvania, too. I heard they love to hear from the original Stuttgart... but I doubt they want to hear about the big fat hole to bury the main train station in. :/
