I like the idea, it's very hopeful and light-hearted. In my opinion I think you should colour it in a surreal way that suggests a dream-like state, and I was thinking something sketchyish and some fading parts and even some just plain white parts left as sketchy linework. As a dream or even daydream, it is a fabrication of the mind; therefore, naturally incomplete. Although that's kind of my thoughts on how I'd colour it. :3
