It's in reference to Andy Dick (his voice actor), who was an alcoholic and drug addict and had to go into rehab and was on a show about celebrity addicts. But he's been sober for over a year now!
But I am obsessed with Andy Dick so that's probably why I was instantly endeared to Nuka. He even kind of looks like him if he was a lion, lmfao. Just needs glasses and a wacky shirt.
