I'm really lovin' this (pardon the apparent McD reference). There's a great concept from Jenner's Doc Rat (www.docrat.com.au) called "Garconification" -- that point when your perfectly normal conversation is interrupted by a waiter who enters at the exact point to make the last comment sound impossibly suggestive.
