Actually, Mr Schultz drew quite a lot of comic strip series, and oftentimes a teen-age or grown-up version of the Peanuts characters could be seen in them. If you do a search on "Young Pillars" or "It's Only a Game" in connection with Schultz' mane you'll see what I mean. :)
