Ooh, well done with such a simple looking and sketchy method, nice anatomy. I wish I knew a good and fast technique too :o

Red looks skinny there.

And is he doing dumbell flys or chest presses? The weights are in the right position for flys, but his arms look like he's trying to do a chest press.
