Yes they are! Cute as buttons. Even the biggies have a certain adorable quality to their faces.
I used to live across the street from a place in Seattle called Volunteer Park. Someone in the neighborhood had a pot-bellied pig for a pet. Only, y'know pigs are kinda like carp in that they'll get as big as the local food supply permits...and I guess his owners had been generous in the department, 'cuz he was a BIG LAD. Or girl. Never got close enough to figure that out.
I'd see her wandering the park in the mornings, snuffling along like the world's biggest Mexican hairless. Dog would come up barking and skid to a dead stop, unsure of just what the hell her *was*. Some would try to play with her. Others would run away in terror.
Din't seem to effect the pig much either way. :)

XD What an adorable sounding little piggy! Er, BIG piggy o_o;
My Aunt and Uncle had a pigmy goat for quite a while, cute as a button! They kept her on a leash in their backyard, but she liked to climb onto their roof, and one day her leash got caught on the gutter, and she 'bout hung herself! Thankfully she was completely unharmed, but when this happened a second time they had to send her away, to a pigmy goat farm not too far away. n_n
