I imagine him as a freshman who missed his mark.
His older brother and sister we're punks and bitches in high school but after they graduated, they grew up. This fellow seeks to carry out his family name by being trying to be the best punk in the school. However he's kind of a coward. Starting fights and running away from the trouble he started. He begs his sister and brother to consider teaching at the school so he'd have someone to run to. They are tired with having to deal with his mess.
