Chuong: Good response. Oh and new idea to Super C; if a parallel or G-52 becomes head of state where they have a state-run media, the fines triple if they break the Code of Conduct, such as bellowing or losing one's cool whilst in office.
Hosmunt/Huizhong: I think it should be if they use the state media to publish their angry rants for their people to read, then that's when the fines apply. It is dangerous to use the state media as a venting tool for your emotions because not only do citizens have to read and listen to that, you got people from other countries reading their content too.
Rainier: So for example, if CBC (Canadian Broadcasting Corporation) was a state-run media in Canada, and Levi orders them to publish his rants over photos of Trudeau in blackface, then the fine amount for bellowing or losing one's cool would be applied to him three times.
Hosmunt/Huizhong: Correct, because that's a huge risk to the media's credibility. Damaged credibility means lost subscribers, meaning less revenue, especially from advertising deals with other companies. In other words, Liu is being held to a much higher standard than Leo and Levi because we have Xinhua as our state media.

Leo: Duly noted, Chuong.
Super C: Good idea. Quadrupling the fine would be an overreaction. I confirm that it will be triple the usual fine, but let's not forget all of Leo's parallels are also G-52s, not just allies, even if they're just serving the local community.
Leo: Right. For instance, you don't usually see Warrior Wolf or Clyde the Cavalry Lion outside of GVS. But they're still G-52s.
Liu: Thank you for the heads-up, everybody. I plan to go the entire time I serve without a fine, though. What's the maximum you usually fine?
Super C: Depends on the circumstance. In most cases, the maximum is $10,000 in USD. I thought about doubling it if the G-52 in question is in any kind of political position, such as Lennart being the Swedish ambassador to the US, and yet he went berserk and went on a rampage. Way to save the world on that one, Cripto!
Cripto: I still have nightmares about it.

Elias: Can we please not mention that? I'm Sweden's Prime Minister at the time being and the last thing I want to do is fire Lennart from his ambassador position and sending him to live in that castle alone in Bottenviken. I don't want to do that and I hope that never happens.
Super C: No; if I am to set a good example for my recruits, then I, too, must abide by the Code of Conduct, and pay the penalty. It will go directly to charity because all the fine money I collect goes to charity. Let me not forget about that; any future fines placed on you can go directly to charity if you wish. You don't have to give it to me personally.
