- If payment is not received within 24 hrs. of winning, the adopt will be given to the previous bidder.
- After payment you'll receive the high-res image.
- You may make any changes to the character design once you buy it.
- You may trade, gift or resell the design.
- You may NOT claim the artwork and the character design as your own.
- Each subsequent owner of the character must follow these terms.

P.S.: This species doesn't belong to anyone, the design was created on the go, where such animals as a shrew, a mole and, possibly, a dragon were taken as a basis. After buying you have the right to come up with a name for the species / character, settle them on some unusual planet or make them the spirit of a magical forest. In general, it all depends on your imagination!
