I have a place in Makati that I stay at near the In-Laws when we visit the Philippines. Chores like shopping still need to get done regardless of weather.This is just a fun take on grocery shopping during a typhoon, which is like a hurricane. A level 1 or 2, I don't mind the wind and rain, 3 and up is a disaster in the making. Yes, I would wear a mask and snorkel just to make kids laugh.
