Despite looking like a dragon she is actually a living black hole. She used consumes universes and moves onto the next after shes done. Before she was able to consume a certain world and ancient dragon tricked her into sparing them. The dragon asked why consume it all at once when she can live there and eat whatever she likes as the inhabitants constantly make more. Now she lives on that world and takes a form to match her dragon friend. She now stands as empress of a country and is content with trying any food she can and savoring every moment.
