Meet Otenki, how is the mentor of Kazumi and is sealed inside of her. He is an Weather Dragon and able to control wind, lighting and ice. Also he was the only one Kazumi spend time with, during her time in Kamura. Both formed an unbreakable bound.
He was the one who taught Kazumis her Jutsus and shared his knowledge with her.
