Rabbit was/is a character of mine from a superhero campaign called Vanguard. She was a superspeedster with (duh) lapine characteristics, whose speed came from her ability to effectively slip partially into another dimension to avoid friction. The green energy effect is from when she uses her speed to throw things at trans-sonic velocities. This was done by Max Blackrabbit ( http://www.furaffinity.net/user/maxblackrabbit/ ), though the color work was done by a local friend, Ian Hoegfeldt.
