During the Vanguard superhero campaign that Goblin was part of the characters got tossed into a fairy-tale like reality for a while, where each temporarily became an alternate of themselves. Goblin ended up a former British Admiralty Captain named Christina Tucker, who'd gotten transformed into her goblin form by unknown means. It is just a fantastic look!
