So I've been playing shining pearl the last few days and rly got in the mood to draw some pokemon. So here is what Lucius looks like when visiting the pokemon world. He couldn't decide between a goodra or lugia so kinda mixed em together. His excuse if anyone finds him? He says he is a shiny regional variant goodra! After all, would anyone be that surprised if that was true?
Funny side note one of the inspirations for Lucius's design was a goodra so this feels feels appropriate for him to have. Hope you all enjoy!
