This is one of my pony OCs, Marble. She's a paint pegasus meaning she's part of a prestigious bloodline, and as such was put in an arranged marriage and had a child that she didn't care for, with a husband she considered weak and uninteresting. She's neglectful and abusive because of her extreme narcissism. She's the mother of Slate.
