Another character update and minor redesign from me this time of Puffy's sister Meer.

Meer is the youngest of Puffy's sisters. When she was three months old she was adopted by a family of five who lived not far from the Dearly farm. Among the pups she met there was a former stray named Malo(created by me and  themaster108), they quickly became friends and soon after that mates.

She's still the outgoing and friendly pup she was in her original design and as you can she she still has her quirk for balloons and inflatables. She's also a big fan of Thunderbolt along with Creampuff and the two of them will often spend hours watching and talking about their favorite episodes and characters from the show.

Her design is still the same though I added a few extra markings like the spot over her left eye and the dog bone shaped spot on her left ear. She likes to wear jewelry especially the pearl necklace which was a gift from her grandmother.
