This is kinda my version of what I always thought Ryu's Myrmidion and Warrior forms looked like in Breath of Fire 3. Sure, in the game he appears rather naked, but considering you still wear armour in that form and can use the sword (though the animation shows him just punching), I always figured he really looked like this.

I apologize for the rather BAD colour job; my art program is a bit stupid, and even though I tried focusing the scanner and got rid of scratches and shading, it still ended up with tiny little borders of white.


Ryu (Breath of Fire 3) is Capcom property. Just felt I should add that note, in case people thought I made the original character. I did not. This is merely fanart. And I sincerely hope Capcom puts out a Breath of Fire VI someday soon; it's been far too long...
Someday, I'll fix this up.
