His name is Sharmish the World Eater. He is an alien dragon Titan who travels to different worlds to play around with the inhabitants by eating them, sitting on them or farting on them.
Most of the time he'll eat them but he will do the other 2 things as well. As a dragon, he'll ask you what you want him to do to you because he won't go away until he's done one of those 3 choices to you and everybody around you. He hopes you'll pick "being eaten" just to get it over with but most actually say "sit on me" or "fart on me".
