Physically diminutive & reliant upon nutrient-rich suspension—but incredibly sapient. This creature resulted-from a biomagical accident that spawned several Vy-clones. While most biomass produced by the event created complete gremlinoids, this sample failed to fully form.

The Vysolate knows there is a world outside of it's enclosure, it simply cannot effectively communicate with it. Even its bio-siblings do not seem to respond to the earnest and inquisitive psychic pleas for connection, belonging, and the validation of a sense of self.

The others simply cannot consciously respond, and the Vysolate's attempts will at-most elicit sudden, inexplicable mood shifts within the individuals it attempts to reach-out to: a sorrowful memory, a sense of unreality, non-belonging, isolation, loneliness, heartache...

And so the Vysolate waits, tries again, cycles in-and-out of consciousness, dreaming the inscrutable but vivid memories of those "more-complete" beings that it cannot otherwise communicate with, while hoping that someday, perhaps it too can be whole & make memories of its own.
