A: An important editor's note here, this is the current and likely final version of Sarcreyan's appearance. You may have noticed in his prior pieces he has a different look, absent of a second lower pair of horns, the glowing stripes and embers emitted from his horns and tail spikes, and markings on his tail that also apply to the rest of his body. I will explain more in detail when I upload his first ref sheet in comparison to his current ones.
