Done for me in OC

Basically, I have a race of wasp people, and most of them are called Wasp Knights just because their carapace looks like shiny armor. They also defend their queen... which I guess makes them actual knights. They also have alot of metal in their bodies.

This one started off golden, but after respawning so many times, he's degraded through silver and bronze to show iron (red).
