Just a plain, simple rat happy with a newly installed Xubuntu, and Ground Pear shaped like the XFCE mascot of course.

Oooooo, cool!
I'm no advanced user and I need to check tutorials all time, but I generally cam keep a desktop running and even can use Linux magic to make old laptops useful again... and I have some fun. I have some interest in having a portable system, but had not tried seriously.

So do I need to constantly refer to documents and Wiki pages. And I installed Debian on my USB in a very simple way:Booting the ISO installation in a virtual machine, and link the USB to the virtual machine.Slelecting the USB device as the installation disk, then wait for the process to be done.
The drawing software I use more frequently is AzPainter. It is a relatively unknown one, but there are some blogs about older versions in Portuguese, that's how I found the software some year ago. It is very light and fast, and at that point I used mainly older equipments, so a lighter software would be welcome.
But I'm also familiar with Krita and GIMP, and use them from time to time.
