realistically I don't think so, I remember a family oriented furry comic that actually ran in the local paper for awhile that kind of addressed this; the sister was sunbathing and the brother asked what she was doing, she replied 'getting a tan' and he responded with 'we have fun, we don't tan. our fur just gets hot and crispy' she grins 'then im not getting up until im extra crispy!'
So maybe instead of sunblock/screen as we know it it's a special conditioner to keep their fur from getting sun damaged
