This is Pepper Splotch, a young colt who loves balloons and all their sounds and textures. He's also started to develop disorganized schizophrenia which gives him word salad and makes him do things in odd orders, often forgetting what he was only recently in the middle of. This art shows off his dorsal stripe on his back, which isn't usually seen when he's drawn.
