Chibi Jeb the Mightyena
Commission for 
andrewinsaneeevee
Jeb's a character with an interesting past, as well as how he was created. x3 Originally a joint project between Andrew and I, before I gave him Jeb entirely (He thought him up in the first place). He works as a close friend of Andrew the Flareon at Radio Shack, and the two enjoy most of their time together, and being the silly boys they are, working for my character Aimee the Zapdos. ^^
Despite now belonging to andrewinsaneeevee, I still take some minor tiny itsy bitsy ownership of him for helping come up with him, so... he's © both of us. XDD
