I love Tsutarja's 3rd evolution and I was thinking of doing the gijinka(human) version of the pokemon since I saw it for the first time.
Inmediately I thought about a noble asian because of the marking so here he is!

Tenía necesidad de hacer un tío bueno y tenía ganas de dibujar la tercera evolución del starter de planta porque me parece muy elegante y las serpientes me encantan...asi que aquí está en gijinka ( que es el calificativo que usan los japos con los pokemon cuando estos se dibujan humanizados)
