A commission from ages ago that I had neglected to finish, though only the background was outstanding. It's the title image for DeviantArt member coonk9's Tiny Toon Adventures fanfic, and a full-blown parody of the "Shoot 'Em Up" film poster.

Heh. Now I gotta admit. This is pretty slick.
Never would have imagined Tony Toons characters used for this movie. Ironically enough, I can see Fifi La Fume played by Monica Belluci, but a Nicholas Cage Furball? Now that...wins points in my book sheerly for creativity. That aside for a moment, I will say I'm enjoying the accuracy you used in keeping the poses and theme in the same way as the box office poster. The poses and the get ups are spot on. I also like that noir equse coloration used here for Furball's clothes (because Nick Cage was pretty Cro-Magnon in that movie) and yet still keep it bright enough to show that they're.. well... the Tony Toon characters. That's a good balance.
...Seriously. Fifi's outfit being the same for the movie.. just.. works. I mean, sure the character was a hooker in the movie, but it makes Fifi look.. well.............. classy here. Maybe because she's actually wearing clothes for a change. (Thus causing furries everywhere to cry in shock.) Still, that by itself I can find myself seriously respecting.
I like this here. And to think, a lion drew this and went under my radar.
I actually feel ashamed of myself. :)

Well truth be told, I did alter her outfir quite a bit, if not the pose. I kept the collar high, but changed it into a 90s denim bunny-jacket (because she's just SO 90s to me!), and then kept the colours of the original but gave her leggings rather than a microskirt. The commissioner and I were in total agreement that Fifi should look classy, not at all whorish. ( But look, her little bow is red leather now... X3 )
