Here’s another Scaling Up YCH for  Borusa-Ryalam, featuring his Inteleon fellow, Dimitri, learning to appreciate the larger side of life - the far, far larger side of life, that is! I had loads of fun working on this one, especially with the backgrounds and couple of Logos I threw in throughout it. Also, I haven’t drawn any Pokémon-based characters in a decent while so it was refreshing to do that again, especially with such a unique character design!

It was official - (barely) standing at 941 pounds, Dimitri could feel that his days of mobility were nearing their end. He’d already been forced to vacate his home for a more ah, accommodating environment… after all, he couldn’t afford to keep ripping the front door off its hinges every time he squeezed through it, could he? When his dear delivery man helpfully pointed out that the local truck stop had a scale that went up to 1,200 pounds, he was sold! That would help for the time being!

After hitching a ride to the truck stop in the back of the donut delivery truck (while taking advantage of the leftover stock in there), he found an unusual sort of greeting at the rural truck stop. While being of impressive girths themselves, most of the drivers there were shocked and impressed by the incredibly indulgent Inteleon who somehow managed to waddle out of the truck (with a bit of help from them). They even gave him a free meatball sub as a welcoming present! It was awfully kind of them, even if the heaving, overstuffed sub was a bit… light for his tastes. Given the looks these truckers were giving him though, Dimitri was sure they’d have some more food to give him before long…
