JUMP!
It was night in the Hidden Leaf Village (Konohagakure). Most of the civilians were already in their houses sleeping while outside a group of elite ninja "ambus" in the service of the Hokage were on night watch jumping from roof to roof of the houses. Within that group you were: You were the newcomer ninja! Everything excited you but you still had work to do, so while you were following your night watch routine with the others, suddenly something had caught your attention and therefore you had deviated from the group towards a particular house. In that place on the roof you would swear you had seen something or someone moving at high speed, at first you thought it was a very fast intruder or maybe your imagination, but as soon as you turned around to return with your team...
THUMP!
A large orange lump had landed in front of you exalting you in such a way that you ended up sitting down.
THUD!
But as soon as you recovered you could not believe what you were seeing: there in front of you was nothing more and nothing less than the same and legendary Kyuubi no youko "Kurama" (although in a reduced size) He was in a squatting position staring at you with a sly smile full of sharp teeth.
"Hey ningen, aren't you supposed to be on duty or something?"
His voice was deep and full of authority although he also retained a mocking tone characteristic of him, you also felt how imposing he looked with his nine tails dancing behind him and those being illuminated by the light of the moon. You had also noticed something that made you blush like never before... HIS PAWS!
"Well, ningen? Aren't you going to answer me or what?"
His voice tone went a little impatient and you quickly came out of the trance and then bowed with nerves before his imposing presence, you tried to explain to him what you were doing with praise and compliments. You did everything to have a good impression in front of him because you knew he was not only the most powerful bijuu in the shinoni world: he was also the best friend of the Hokage, therefore you would be in serious trouble if the bijuu found out you were lazing around or something like that.
"Oe! Take it easy! I hardly understand what you're saying! I just came to give you a hand. As you can see I also do night watch from time to time, also I was planning to rest here a bit, so..."
Hearing that from him undoubtedly gave you a great relief, but soon all your attention took another unexpected turn when you saw how the fox bijuu took a seat and then crossed his arms behind his head as he also crossed his legs now showing his orange soles of his hindpaws towards you, making you blush again.
THUM!
"Aaaahh... much better, like I said before I just came here to help to you and your team but first a good ninja always needs to rest, right? Khehehehe!"
