For Nora and Luna's panel:
I'm betting once Nora witnesses childbirth for the first time, she might want to practice it with a little more... restraint and hesitance...
For Nora and the madam's panel:
Corsets are truly a bafflement, as much as they are a wonder to behold. No wonder Nora needs a co-worker to get her into that getup. Too bad for her bosses it takes her the space of a payday and a wink to get out of it again. *shrugs* They know the gig, I suppose it's expected that that hard work will be undone in seconds once the trick gets in bed with her.
For Estella's panel:
Speaking of wonders to behold, what more needs be said about dat ass?
kneels and bows repeatedly "We're not worthy! We're not worthy!"
For Nigel's panel:
Same logic indubitably applies to pies on windowsills, I'm sure. Or babies with candy. Easy source of emergency blood sugar, that.

Haha, that first one with Nora! XD I bet her eagerness will surely fade after the second birth. I mean, damn girl, youre not a baby factory! XD

The first one is interesting: Nora said she had to drink infertility potions. More than one. And that is crucial, then now we have two possibilities.
It could be that you need several components to gain full effect. If this is the reason, then Luna might indeed be the only one able to help Nora.
Or there is a chance that the effect of such a potion is only temporary. Like the pill. If that is the case, then Nora's dream will come true without Luna's help.
