It started out as a normal average day in your everyday life (Well about as normal as it gets by Cartoon Standards) You were walking through Pixie's Wonderful Mall and genuinely having a fun day out. While you were visiting the Starlight District you couldn't help but notice a small dome like building which was holding tickets for the premiere of a new hit TV Show. For whatever reason you were compelled or excited to give it a watch so you purchased your ticket, grabbed your snacks, and picked a good seat. The Crowd was Rowdy and chatty, you noticed a few shenanigans here and there but nothing worth noting. Just then, the lights went dark and the show began to light up, the crowd quieted down and eagerly awaited for what was about to happen. A Sylveon in a light blue dress holding a microphone came onto the stage.

Pixie: "How you guys all doing tonight?!"

The audience all proceeded to say "GOOOOOOOD!"

Pixie nodded at the response.

Pixie: "I bet you are all excited to find out what we'll be doing tonight!"

A big drumroll began to play as the stage light moved over to the big monitor in the center of the stage.

Pixie: "Tonight! We'll be doing a fun little game show I like to call-"

The monitor proceeded to show the name of the game show.

"O.C.T.O GAME"

Pixie:"Now before you ask, this is not a spoof of that other aquatic animal game, so I should probably Clarify what O.C.T.O stands for by our game show standards."

The Monitor then showed what each of the letters standed for in a word.

Pixie: "Thats right! Tonight we gonna be seeing some fresh new faces! And for what goal?"

The Monitor showed a large cash prize as well as a guaranteed spot as an Official Original Character!

Pixie: "The winner will be a guaranteed star folks! And the audience will get plenty of participation along the way! You might be biased at first but something tells me by the end of this show's run the winner may be tough to decide. And there can only be ONE WINNER"

Pixie: "So without further ado! Lets introduce the contestants!"

The spotlight focused itself now on the first contestant entrance.

Pixie: "You'd best watch out homeboys cause this contestant says he'll rock your world! Give a warm welcome to Luki The Rad Riolu!"

Suddenly a totally cool looking Riolu came flying in on his radical skateboard, as he entered the stage he did cool skateboard tricks to wow the audience.

Luki Snatched the microphone from Pixie while skating in which didn't appear to be in her script so she looks a bit paniced now.

The audience cheered at Luki's performance.

Luki came to a screeching halt in front of the audience and stood proudly in front of them.

Luki: "How you all doing ma dudes an dudettes?! I gotta say, its totally radical to meet you all and it would be totally awesome if I won! Lets rock this show!"

Luki then attempted to drop the mic in a cool fashion but it ended up making an extremely loud piercing thud which made the audience cover their ears.

Luki: "Sorry!"

Suddenly a lasso came out of nowhere and snatched up the mic. Out of the second contestant door came a western looking Braixen.

Pixie: "ah uh lets give a warm welcome to Jess the Pokemon Ranger Braixen!"

Jess: "Howdy Ya'll! Hope you all are having a rip tooting good time tonight!"

Luki: "Hey um excuse me but your kinda stealing my spotlight here!"

Jess: "Spotlight eh? You call all them fancy board tricks talent? I'll show ya real talent!""

Jess then proceeded to whip out two six shooters and aimed them at Luki.

Luki: "W-Woah! What are you doing?! I didn't sign up for this! "

Pixie Proceeded to take cover

Jess then proceeded to unload her six shooters wildly around Luki's foot paws which causes him to jump around wildly attempting to dodge the bullets which make cartoonish western sound effects.

Jess: "Dance Cowboy Dance! Yee-ha"

Luki jumped away from the gunfire and started running down the third contestant door but was suddenly bounced back as if he just suddenly ran into a trampoline. Luki was sent flying and he landed on his bum. A Royal looking yellow Azumarill marched elegantly through the third contestant door.

Pixie: "Introducing King Juane the Third!"

Juane: "I believe I heard a straggler talking about some kind of spotlight. I am here to declare that there shall be no one hogging the spotlight but me as I am the only one who is entitled to it!"

Jess then aimed her six shooters at King Juane

Jess: "I don't suppose you can dance now stubby?"

Juane then begins chuckling.

Juane: "I wouldn't do that if I were you farm girl! I may not be agile but I got a big appetite!"

Jess: Then eat lead! Consider it a full course meal!

Jess fires her guns again but instead of dodging Juane simply inhales the bullets as if they were nothing. Suddenly his shape changes and morphs into a rocket like shape and he starts flying back at Jess.

Jess: "Aieeeekkk!!!!"

Jess begins to run as Juane chases her. Luki begins laughing at the whole charade when the rocket Juane hits Luki causing him to flip around in the air like crazy for a moment before flopping flat onto his stomache. He barely has enough time to process what just happened before Jess and Juane are coming right back at him. Luki quickly gets up and starts running along side Jess.

Luki: "This is all your fault you know!"

Jess then looks at Luki angrily before whipping out her six shooters and aiming them at Luki again midrun. Luku then smirks and proceeds to pull her hat down over her head causing her to go blind.

Jess: "What in tarnation! I can't see!"

Jess keeps running, straight into a wall. Luki comes to a screeching halt and bursts out laughing at Jess's blunder. Jess then starts peeling off the wall and she looks at Luki with the "Your dead meat" stare while doing this. Jess then pops back while Luki is laughing uncontrollably and picks him up by the scruff of his neck ready to rough him up when all of a sudden the two remembered why they were running and both look to see Juane coming at the two red hot like a missile. They both then proceed to hold each other tightly and scream (No this isn't shipping its a random funny cartoon gag) Just then a giant explosion errupts on the stage but when the explosion clears a pinkish forcefield is placed around the two saving them from impact of the explosion. Juane himself was reduced to yellow circle from the impact and quickly peels and flutters to the floor like paper. A Pink Gardevoir figure then appears from within the forcefield who is controlling it with her powers.

Pixie: "Just in the nick of time to save us! Our last contestant! Flare the Heroine Gardevoir!"

Flare: "Are you two alright? I heard danger so I rushed over to help as soon as I could. Glad I made it in time."

Luki: "We're good dude!"

Jess proceeds to drop Luki.

Jess: "We were doing just fine thank you."

Flare: "You sure? That looked like it could've really hurt had I not stepped in"

Jess: "Believe me, I had the situation all covered till ya messed it up!"

Flare: "Ah ok then. Name's Flare. Hope we can get along." ^w^

Jess: Just as long as you aren't a little runt like him.

Jess looks at Luki who currently has swirls for eyes.

Luki: "Yes I would like a chocolate smoothie please."

Pixie proceeds to come out from behind the cover.

Pixie: "All right, with all our contestants announced we can finally start the first competition!"

Almost as if on Cue everyone gathered up in front of Pixie. Luki got over his dizziness and Juane is now all puffed up back to his gloryess self.

Juane: "What is this this first contest! I bet I will trump you all at it!"

Luki: "No way Egg man! I bet I'll totally rule at it!"

Juane: "Hush you! Unless you want a good bonking on the head with my royal staff!"

Luki: "I'll make you eat my dust! "

Jess: "Ya'll will eat my lead"

Flare: "I do have fire and psychic powers so I'm pretty sure I trump all of you power wise however for the sake of fair sport I'll only use them when necessary."

Pixie: "All right contestants! The first competition will be-"

The spotlight goes to monitor once more.

Pixie: "A Popularity Contest!"

Jess: "Wha?!!"

Flare: "Oooh, Nice hope I win!"

Luki: "Heh, I'm the coolest guy in town! No way I'll lose!"

Juane: "I order all my subjects to vote for me! Your glorious king!"

Jess: "I am calling bias against this competition! There is no way this is a fair start!"

Pixie: "Who knows Jess, the people might vote for you"

Luki: "They'll probably be saying stuff like "Jess is my waifu" heheh"

Luki makes a tounge as Jess but Jess immediately grabs it and ties it around his snoot to keep his mouth shut.

Pixie: "So audience! Lets vote on who made the best first impressions!"
