                    I can so see that. Even then the jewelry probably had to be swapped out though, and probably put into a museum/temple. 
Considering Pharohs were considered living gods already...I'm sure her religion was as expansive as she was. Also...lots of Egyptian themed supertech.
I can so see her taking to this new job reluctantly, maybe just hoping she could figure out how to get home, maybe raise the tech level enough to repair her ship..
At least till she realized all the good she could do. Or maybe when she realized she was as big as her ship.

                    Huh, interesting. And yeah, we know that due to the workers actually being paid in beer. So, I can see that being something Astra enjoys as well. Also, Weird History has a video on Egyptian food that can help.
