This is one of my pony OCs, Moonlight Sonata, a sickly filly with a blood disease that her father has to keep in check with constant injections and a special diet. Here we see her sketched as a human and becoming a magical girl. Since I plan to revisit her as a human in my comic universe, I'll add this to the My Magic Grandpa folder.
