This weapon is made for a pokemon contest performer, customizing it to her liking. Its long reach is capable of striking enemies at a safe distance, while still being able to dish out punishing blows. The red gem on the hilt enables the use of diaper powers, as anyone hit the whip becomes a poofy diaper critter, with a beeg poofy butt of course. If the person struck by the whip is the opposite gender of the wielder, the effects will be similar to that of the pokemon move ‘attract’. The starlight ribbon on the hilt can bind and immobilize enemies, making them easier targets. And for fun, if the tip of the whip touches a diaper, the diaper will grow as its filled with diaper floof into a comfy diaper blob, making anyone wearing it blush and waddle as they wobble their massive poofy butts, perfect for hugging and smooshing.
