December 29, 2018 marked one month until the release of Kingdom Hearts III. That day, I started to brainstorm ideas for Kingdom Hearts fanart. This is the second of three ideas I came up with. It is based on the Chapter 1 cover art for Magnolia Porter-Siddell's webcomic Monster Pulse, which finished its run earlier this year on June 4. Bina's heart existing outside her body as its own entity reminded me of Heartless and Nobodies, so I drew Ayo as a Heartless and Bina wearing a black coat like the Nobodies in Organization XIII. I even modified the heart shape from the cover art into the Heartless emblem.
