I am positive to give him some tickles when I find the right scenario for him. But for now he can relax his paws after a stressful day.

I'm not familiar with the character, so I can't help with a more personalized scenario, but going stricktly off of this picture a tickle scenario comes to mind.
He gets so relaxed that he doesn't hear someone else (or a group of individuals) come into the sauna. The newcomer(s) notice the tiger and take advantage of his current possition. I personaly feel like having 3 people (one on each side plus one for the feet) would bring the best results, but I know that could end up being a lot of work, especially if you are wanting to animate it too.
