Last month,
Silver-Stag and I blimped up the favorite cinnamon bun from FFXIV's Shadowbringers, Runar, who finally got some people to try his stew. If you want to see just how big he'll get, you can see it early on Patreon, and check out our latest growth sequence for only $2. Enjoy!

With the night sky and all the stars of the firmament restored to their proper place, and the Flood of Light finally pushed back, the Rak'tika Greatwood could finally begin to heal. The Viis in Fanow could turn to the work of preserving and protecting the ruins of the Ronka Empire, but their only allies in the region, the Cult of the Night's Blessed with their settlement in Slitherbough, were left wondering what the future held for them. Since the departure of Master Matoya for her homeland of Eorzea, the cult, and the community they had built, was left in the hands of Runar, a gentle giant of a Ronso that had led and inspired the cult alongside Master Matoya for years. He was young, but he cared about the Night's Blessed, and now that he was on his own, he wanted to do a good job of providing for his people- as much as for Master Matoya's sake as for his own. He had broad shoulders, a full mane marking the feline as a proper adult, and though he was no great warrior, he was ready to do anything to care for the people he loved, and build a new home for them. In addition, he knew just how to start.
He had long boasted of his famous stew- a recipe that had been passed down through his family for generations, from before the flood. He gathered all the allies the Night's Blessed had made; the Viis, the Qitari, and traders from the Crystarium. The Warriors of Darkness had never had a chance to try Runar's stew, but now, he was sharing it with all of Norvrandt- he poured everyone generous portions, and provided as grand a feast as Rak'tika could provide.
Runar smiled bracingly, not used to such a large and diverse crowd, but he was happy to see friendly faces. The Warriors of Darkness, and Master Matoya, had set them all on this path to breathe life back into their world, and now it was up to them to begin the work of reconstruction. He held up his bowl to give a toast. "My friends, we meet under the Night Sky, a dream our parents and grandparents could only wish for. In the embrace of the coolness and calm of night, let us work to see all of us prosper- the world can be made whole and hearty again, and the Night's Blessed will be a part of that great effort- that is my promise to all of you. Now, please, enjoy!"
