Thats cause its young. It will eventually turn green as it gets older. If youll notice the tip of its nose its already started to turn.

Aren't they poisonous? I know that the brighter the color the more deadlier the predator

No. Green tree pythons aren't venomous. They're constrictors like all pythons and boas. The colors are purely for camouflage.

This little guy on the other hand is venemous. :)

Yep that is venomous, but there is also a green tree snake that is venomous Its just one that you don't usually keep is all and is found in the Rainforests and such.

There are plenty of arboreal green snakes which are venomous. Off the top of my head I can think the boomslang, green mamba, and Wagler's Viper (Temple Viper) just to name a few. ^.^
